Nursery
Our Early Years provision in Nursery and Reception was rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, January 2025. Our children are at the heart of our practice – we nurture each child as a unique individual and hold high expectations of what they are capable of.

Our Nursery Class
Our Nursery class have their own, large classroom, carefully set up to meet the unique needs of 3- and 4-year olds. The outdoor area is shared with our Reception class, providing a lovely opportunity for children to expand their friendships and meet the adults who will be teaching them next year.
Our Nursery children are very much part of the school. They visit the school library, use our wildlife garden and extensive grounds and participate in our Christmas nativity with Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 every year. Nursery children can also have a hot school dinner from our canteen to eat in Nursery with their friends.
Admissions
If you are considering our Nursery class, please contact the School Office on 01603 870321 or office@reephamprimary.org.uk to arrange a visit our indoor and outdoor classrooms and to meet our lovely staff. We can then give you an admissions and information pack and arrange your ‘This is Me’ induction meeting and arrange a personalised plan for settling in sessions.
Funding
Children can start Nursery as soon as they are three-years-old (self-funded). Government 15- and 30-hour funding starts the term after your child’s third birthday.
